Returns
Note: All COVID-19 products including disposable face masks, disposable gloves, disinfectant wipes and all other PPE items are final and are not eligible for returns.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
If you require a return, please send an email to support@primodentalproducts.com with the email subject line: Order Return. Please include the following details in your email:
- Your Order Number
- The Item You Are Returning
- Your Return Reason
- A Picture of the Product You Are Return
Some products may be ineligible for returns. Primo Dental Products reserves the sole right to refuse returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks (depending on your payment issuer).
Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, we will issue you a prepaid return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
